Step 1: Understanding Order Cancellations

At Sparshveda, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. However, there may be instances where we must cancel an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to reasons such as:

  • Limited stock availability
  • IT errors or inaccuracies in product details or pricing
  • Issues detected by our credit and fraud prevention department
  • Additional verification requirements for processing the order

If an order is canceled after the payment has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 days or the next billing cycle of your credit card.

Note: Once an order is in transit or with the courier, it cannot be canceled. If a cancellation request is made at this stage, the refund will be initiated only after the product is received back at our warehouse and passes our quality control checks (minimum 3 working days).

Step 2: Payment Authorization and Refunds

  • We seek authorization on your card for the total order value.
  • Sparshveda reserves the right to capture/charge the authorized amount in full or partially.
  • No refund will be processed if the customer cancels/returns the order and the product is found damaged upon return.
  • Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of placing the order with a valid reason.

Step 3: 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you face any issue with your Sparshveda purchase, you may return it for a refund, excluding handling and courier charges, within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The issue must be genuine (such as a product defect or delivery issue).
  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and at least 75% of the original product volume is intact.
  • If a customer orders the wrong product, they will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality, incorrect product delivery, or damage.
  • A 360-degree unboxing unedited video showing all sides of the package and product must be shared via WhatsApp or email for damage claims.

Sparshveda’s decision will be final in any dispute, and the jurisdiction will be under Delhi courts only.

Step 4: Return Process and Conditions

To initiate a return, kindly log in to your account and raise a return request at [Insert Return Portal Link].

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Expired or damaged product received
✅ Incomplete order received

Returns will not be accepted for:
❌ Opened, used, or altered products
❌ Missing original packaging
❌ Return requests initiated after 7 days of delivery

Important: Any damaged or missing product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a 360-degree unedited unboxing video showing the package condition.

Step 5: Money-Back Guarantee Terms

  • The 100% Money-Back Guarantee applies only to topical application products (such as skincare and hair care items). Home care and gift sets are excluded.
  • Only purchases made on sparshveda.com are eligible for this guarantee.
  • Orders placed before the official launch of this policy will not be eligible.

Additional Notes:

  • All original packaging and bottles must be returned with a minimum of 75% product volume intact to claim a refund.
  • Ensure all bottles are sealed tightly to prevent leaks during return transit.
  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product passes our quality check.
  • In case of a dispute, Sparshveda’s decision will be final.
  • No affiliate commissions will be paid for returned products.

Prepayment for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with partial prepayment:

  • If the order is canceled or refused by the buyer, the prepayment amount will be non-refundable.
