1. Delivery Locations Sparsh Veda will deliver products only within India. We will not be liable for any claims related to orders placed from outside India.
2. Taxes and Duties If Sparsh Veda receives an order from a location where extra taxes such as VAT, Import Duty, Octroi, local area cess, or any other tax apply, Sparsh Veda will not be responsible for paying these taxes. The responsibility to pay any such additional charges lies with the customer.
3. Purchase Limits Sparsh Veda reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the number of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Customers will be notified if such limits are applied. Sparsh Veda also reserves the right to prohibit sales to any customer at our discretion.
4. Shipping Methods and Tracking Sparsh Veda ships orders via reputed courier services, and tracking information will be available on the courier partner’s website. A tracking link will also be provided on the Sparsh Veda website. For deliveries within certain areas, we use local delivery companies for expedited delivery.
5. Delivery and Delays Our delivery services are managed by third-party logistics partners. We strive to ensure timely and secure deliveries, but unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Sparsh Veda is not liable for delays, miscommunication, or misconduct caused by courier partner staff or delivery personnel, as these actions are beyond our direct control.
6. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are subject to change and will be calculated based on the delivery destination, package weight, and other factors. The exact charges will be displayed at checkout.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur additional COD charges, which will be clearly outlined and visible at checkout.
8. Part COD and Part Prepaid Orders For Part COD and Part Prepaid orders, a minimum fixed non-refundable charge applies. This charge will be displayed at checkout.
9. Packaging Sparsh Veda ensures that all goods are securely packaged in corrugated paper boxes designed to provide optimal protection.
10. Unboxing Video Requirement For all delivered products, it is mandatory to record a clear 360-degree video of the box and an unboxing video starting from the sealed package to ensure the condition of the contents inside. If you encounter any issues or need to request a refund, please share this unboxing video with us. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the contents within. 11. Responsibility for Delivery We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person on your behalf or OTP shared by you before the delivery to the courier person.
12. Damage after Delivery We are not responsible for damage after delivery while opening the package by the customer.
13. Reporting Shortages or Damages All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Sparsh Veda customer service on the day of delivery using the contact details provided below.
14. Multiple Shipments You may receive your order in multiple shipments depending on the products ordered.
15. Tracking Orders For shipping tracking post-ordering, you can track the status from your account on Sparsh Veda’s website, the message received on your WhatsApp number provided at the time of order, or by providing order details. Tracking information generally takes 24 hours to be updated after handing over the shipment to the courier partner.
